ROOTED: Winter Women's Retreat

Service Description

Join Trista and Katie Arnold from Rise and Peace Healing as we rest in the darkness and prepare to welcome in the upcoming winter energies. This one day women's retreat has been created to help you feel supported by a sacred group of soulful women and to offer a safe space to explore your connection to your mind, body, and spirit. “To be rooted is perhaps the most important and least recognized need of the human soul.” -Simone Weil 9:30-10:00 Arrive, grab a snack and a hot beverage as you settle in for the day 10:00-10:30 Welcome Circle and Opening Blessing ​ 10:30-12:00 Learn and journal about what we can learn from the Winter season and cyclical living ​ 12:00-1:00 Share a meal catered by Trista (all plant based) ​ 1:00-2:00 Create a seasonal Blessing Jar to help you remember your light in times of darkness ​ 2:15-4:00 Restorative yoga, guided meditation and reiki with Katie Arnold from Rise and Peace Healing ​ no experience necessary. all poses will be on the floor with ample props to support your comfort. 4:00-4:30 Closing Circle​ ​ **Bring your journal, a cozy blanket, something from nature to add to our winter alter (ie: rock, feather, leaf...) ​ **When you register add a note of any dietary needs you may have such as allergies, dislikes...ect. ​ All foods will be vegan/plant based. We can't wait to share the day with you!
