November Healing Meditation theme: Gratitude Meditation For Self Love Experience a heart centered, affirmative and loving meditation that will assist you in deepening your self love and open your beautiful heart chakra. In this offering you will learn a simple chant to help clear and balance your heart. This gathering will offer space for you to come back to your heart, body and spirit to enable you to be more present in your life and to help bring a deeper sense of support and love as you walk through life's ups and downs. To begin our time together we'll do a check in before the meditation to draw oracle cards and open the circle to feel present, supported and grounded ready to receive healing energy.
